Pink Ticket Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN NEW YORK, FLORIDA, RHODE ISLAND, AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. SPONSOR
The Pink Ticket Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Alpha Prime, doing business as Prime Bites (the “Sponsor”).
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on November 2, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
Sponsor’s designated computer system will serve as the official timekeeping device.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, promotional agencies, and other entities involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes, as well as their immediate family and household members, are not eligible to participate.
Eligibility is determined by an entrant’s legal residence, not the location where a qualifying purchase is made.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
4. HOW TO ENTER
There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
A. ENTRY WITH A QUALIFYING RETAIL RECEIPT
During the Sweepstakes Period:
- Purchase an eligible Prime Bites product at a participating Target, Walmart, Costco, or BJ’s location.
- Visit primebites.com/pinkticket.
- Complete the entry form and upload a clear image of your qualifying receipt.
- Once your receipt is validated, receive one digital Pink Ticket.
- Scratch your Pink Ticket to reveal your prize.
Each valid, unique receipt qualifies for one (1) entry, regardless of the number of eligible Prime Bites products purchased in a single transaction.
Receipts must clearly display the participating retailer, purchase date, and qualifying Prime Bites product.
Duplicate, altered, fraudulent, illegible, or previously submitted receipts will not be accepted.
B. NO-PURCHASE-NECESSARY ENTRY
To enter without making a purchase:
- Visit primebites.com/pinkticket during the Sweepstakes Period.
- Select the “Enter Without Purchase” option.
- Complete and submit the required entry form.
- Receive one digital Pink Ticket.
- Scratch your Pink Ticket to reveal your prize.
No purchase or payment is required to participate.
Both entry methods offer the same opportunities to win all available prizes and are subject to the same eligibility requirements and entry limits.
5. ENTRY LIMITS
Each qualifying receipt may be submitted only once.
Multiple unique qualifying receipts may be submitted, subject to the daily entry limit (5 per person).
Entries submitted through multiple accounts, false identities, automated systems, or other methods intended to circumvent entry limits may be disqualified.
6. THE PINK TICKET EXPERIENCE
Each valid entry will receive one digital Pink Ticket.
Entrants will scratch their digital ticket to reveal their assigned prize.
Every valid Pink Ticket wins a prize.
The scratch-off feature is a digital reveal experience. Prize assignments are determined through the Sweepstakes’ prize allocation system and are subject to eligibility verification and these Official Rules.

$10,000 Cash Prize: One winner will receive $10,000 USD, subject to eligibility verification and applicable tax requirements.
Apple AirPods Max: One winner will receive one pair of Apple AirPods Max. Color and specifications are determined by Sponsor, subject to availability.
Prime Bites for a Year: Twenty-five winners will each receive one box of Prime Bites per month for twelve consecutive months, for a total of twelve boxes per winner. Flavors are subject to availability.
$25 Target Gift Cards: Twenty-five winners will each receive one digital Target gift card valued at $25. Gift cards are subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions.
Free Seasonal Sampler: Thirty winners will each receive one Prime Bites seasonal sampler. Product selection is subject to availability.
Discounts and Free Shipping: Additional winners will receive a promotional code for a discount or free shipping on PrimeBites.com. Codes are subject to the redemption terms in Section 10.
Prizes are nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except as required by law or at Sponsor’s discretion.
8. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS
Prizes are assigned through an automated prize allocation system during the Sweepstakes Period.
Certain limited-quantity prizes are awarded according to predetermined winning opportunities, while other prizes are distributed throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
The specific timing of prize availability is not disclosed.
All eligible entries, whether submitted through a qualifying receipt or the no-purchase-necessary method, have equal opportunities to receive available prizes.
The odds of receiving a particular prize depend on the number and timing of eligible entries received and the number of prizes remaining at the time of entry.
All prizes are subject to verification and availability.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION
Potential winners will be notified through the digital Pink Ticket experience and/or the contact information provided during entry.
Winners of major prizes may be required to provide proof of identity, age, legal residence, and other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.
The potential winners of the $10,000 cash prize and Apple AirPods Max must respond to Sponsor’s verification request within seven (7) calendar days of notification.
Winners of Prime Bites for a Year must claim their prize within fourteen (14) calendar days of notification.
Failure to respond, provide requested documentation, or satisfy eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner, where permitted by law.
A potential winner is not considered a confirmed winner until eligibility has been verified.
10. PRIZE REDEMPTION
Discount Codes & Free Shipping
Promotional codes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated at the time of award.
Codes are:
- Valid only on PrimeBites.com.
- Limited to one use per winner.
- Not redeemable for cash.
- Not combinable with other promotional offers.
- Subject to applicable product and shipping restrictions.
Prime Bites for a Year
Winners must contact cherry@alphaprimeusa.com within fourteen (14) calendar days of notification and provide their full name, entry email address, winning ticket screenshot, shipping address, and preferred flavor for their first shipment.
Winners will receive one box per month for twelve months. Shipping is included, and flavors are subject to availability.
Target Gift Cards
Digital gift cards will be delivered electronically to the winner using the contact information provided during entry.
Seasonal Samplers
Winners will receive instructions for claiming their seasonal sampler. Prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days of award.
AirPods Max
The verified winner will be contacted to arrange shipment.
$10,000 Cash Prize
The verified winner will be contacted to coordinate payment and any legally required tax documentation.
Payment will be issued within thirty (30) days after successful verification and receipt of required documentation.
11. GRAND PRIZE ANNOUNCEMENT & PUBLICITY
Sponsor may contact the $10,000 cash prize winner to coordinate a celebratory prize announcement, which may include a video call, interview, or presentation of a ceremonial check.
By entering the Sweepstakes, participants acknowledge that Sponsor may contact them regarding a potential winner announcement or promotional opportunity.
Sponsor may request permission to record the winner’s reaction and use the resulting footage, photographs, name, image, likeness, voice, and statements for promotional purposes.
Any recording or promotional use requiring consent under applicable law will be subject to the winner’s express consent and any applicable publicity release.
Participation in a recorded announcement is voluntary and is not required to receive the prize.
12. TAXES
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prizes are the responsibility of the winners.
Sponsor may require completion of applicable tax documentation and may issue IRS Form 1099 or other tax reporting forms as required by law.
13. PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact winners, fulfill prizes, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available on PrimeBites.com.
Participation in the Sweepstakes does not automatically constitute consent to receive promotional emails or SMS messages. Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent requirements.
14. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, submits fraudulent information, attempts to manipulate the prize allocation system, or interferes with the operation of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, interrupted internet connections, incomplete uploads, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control, except as required by law.
If fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially compromise the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion as permitted by applicable law.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, representatives, and promotional partners shall not be liable for losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
16. THIRD-PARTY DISCLAIMER
The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Prime Bites.
Target, Walmart, Costco, and BJ’s are participating retail purchase locations and are not sponsors or administrators of the Sweepstakes.
Apple Inc. is not a sponsor, administrator, or endorser of the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other social media platforms.
All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
17. WINNERS LIST
To request a list of major prize winners, contact marketing@alphaprimeusa.com by January 31, 2027.
Winner information will be provided as required and permitted by applicable law.
