Below is our policy for shipping, returns, and refunds.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping usually delivers within 3-7 business days after your order ships. 

Shipping Rates

Domestic (United States)

  • Flat Shipping Rate - $6.99
  • Orders over $75 - ship free

International

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of delivery.

Please include the following information to help us assist you quickly:

• Your order number (from your confirmation email)

• The product lot number printed on the wrapper

• Photos of the issue if applicable

If approved, we may offer replacements or refunds for orders that include:

• Products damaged during transit

• Missing items from an order

• Incorrect items received

Due to the nature of our products, requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and full refund, the following conditions must be met: 

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. 
  • No more than two brownies or muffins may be missing from the entire box and all remaining wrappers must be sealed.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.  

Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment. Prime Bites does not provide return shipping labels. To complete the return process, the package must be sent back through a carrier of your choice.

Once the return is received and the return requirements listed above are met, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed.

Promotional Items

All sales are final on promotional items and discounted products.

Orders placed during promotional sales may not be eligible for refunds unless there is a product issue.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact our Support Team as soon as possible.

Orders may be eligible for cancellation if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. 

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders can be managed through your Prime Bites account portal.

Subscription orders can be modified or cancelled at any time.

Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Retail Purchases

If you purchased Prime Bites from a retail partner, returns and refunds must be handled directly through the retailer where the product was purchased.

Each retailer has their own return policy.
