How long do they stay fresh? Do I need to refrigerate them?
Prime Bites have a 12 month shelf life when stored in a cool, dry place—no refrigeration needed!
They're soft-baked and sealed fresh from our Miami bakery, so they stay moist and delicious for months. Many customers keep a stash in their desk drawer, gym bag, or pantry.
Pro tip: Store a few in the freezer for a fudgy, ice-cream-like texture. They're amazing frozen!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our Miami bakery. Shipping takes an estimated 3-5 business days once your order ships. Most customers receive their variety pack within 4-7 business days total. You'll receive tracking info via email as soon as your order ships.
What if I don't like them? Can I return them?
We're confident you'll love Prime Bites, but if you're not satisfied, contact us at orders@alphaprimesupps.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns require approval from our customer service team and must include all original packaging.
